Week 5 - Struggling with weight loss | Going to gym first time


Let's get intimate, talking about struggles, disappointments and inner thoughts during weight loss journey. This week I stepped out of my comfort zone and first time went in gym with trainer. I will tell you how was my week on intermittent fasting, and what are my results after 5 weeks of loosing weight. And I will be sharing with you how I deal with my thoughts and disappointments and how to overcome them to keep going.
